Happy New Year to everyone.

I am very excited to have our new Team Site up and running.  Please have a look around and feel free to tell us what you think.

I’m usually not one to do New Year’s Resolutions.  I stopped caring about them many years ago, but over the last few years I have been going through my own personal changes and I think it’s time to make one for myself.  The largest New Year’s Resolution I can make for myself is to continue to work on my health and well being.  And so I will be incorporating more Young Living products into my diet.  I started using their shake mix for breakfasts and sometimes lunches when I just don’t have the time to make it.  I’m using 2 scoops of Young Living’s Pure Protein Complete Powder, 1/4 cup of  chia, and 8oz of almond milk in a shaker bottle and shake it up for a few.  I then let it sit for about 5 minutes before drinking so the chia can pop and absorb liquid.   It makes for a thicker shake and sometimes I will use the chocolate almond milk to make the shakes.   It’s tasty and carries me through till lunch.  For lunch I will either repeat breakfast or I’ll have mixed greens with some sort of protein like chicken for fish.  For dinner it will be some sort of green vegetables and protein.  Once in a while it may just be breakfast for dinner as I do love my breakfast foods.

Will post more uses of Young Living Essential Oil products as I go.  And I do have many of those uses, it’s just the matter of thinking of them all at once.
